About Janalu
Services
Janalu offers an integrative yoga experience across Cape Town, and especially the the beautiful Helderberg area, serving Gardens, Somerset West, Gordon’s Bay, and Strand. Her teaching style blends multiple yoga styles to create a holistic and transformative practice. Hatha Yoga: This invigorating practice emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and proper alignment to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate balance. Yin Yoga: A soothing, restorative practice that features longer-held postures designed to gently release tension, improve joint mobility, and promote deep relaxation. Each of Janalu’s yoga classes is thoughtfully tailored to meet students at their current level, whether you're new to the practice or an experienced yogi. Meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and philosophical insights are woven into every session to deepen your connection to body, mind, and spirit. Janalu provides supportive props like yoga blocks and straps to make poses accessible and empowering for everyone, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for students of all abilities.

Group Classes

Classes are held at Welgemeend, Gardens , Cape Town.
Predominantly energizing Hatha flows to awaken the senses, invigorate the body, and inspire vitality for the day ahead, suitable for all levels. Our cherished classes are intimately limited to just 10 students.
Janalu also offers private group classes for 4–8 people in the comfort of their homes, tailored to meet the group’s specific needs and intentions upon request.
